An Addison Ross exclusive design, our Palm Beach inspired, blue pillar salt or pepper mill comes with both an S and a P stainless-steel screw knob, allowing you to choose whether to use it as a salt grinder or a pepper grinder.
Crafted from sustainably sourced rubberwood and finished with eight coats of high‑gloss lacquer, each layer is hand‑polished to achieve a flawless, glass-like sheen. Our salt & pepper grinders have been independently tested and is fully compliant with EU food contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC.
The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a smooth clockwise motion. Only use when filled with either black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. Do not fill with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink peppercorns. The tighter the grind adjustment knob is screwed, the finer the grind — please avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the ceramic mechanism.
Do not leave in prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; do not immerse in water. Beautifully gift boxed.
