I had a brilliant experience with my first Addison Ross order. I placed it on a Friday and it arrived the next day, which was particularly impressive because I had selected one of my photos to be printed and put into an Addison Ross frame. It was great to open the parcel and immediately put the photo up in my home. The quality of each of the items I ordered is impeccable.

I ordered the two Chubbie salt and pepper grinders. Mixing and matching the colours is a delight! The products themselves are lovely. The chunkiness of the chubbies sit well in the hand. Their customer service is impeccable, and they were very quick to respond and were helpful and kind.

I bought this frame for a friend's 30th birthday, however I found it not as nice looking in person as it was online. It was a little flimsy feeling as it rattled on the hinges/hinges were a bit loose. It looked nice but didn't feel as solid as I would have wanted for a gift - will return.
