We're on the lookout for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team at Addison Ross. Based in Parsons Green, this is a full-time role focused on bringing the brand to life across digital, social, and print platforms - with full ownership of creative execution.

You’ll lead design and rollout across email, social, paid ads, direct mail, and print, working closely with our Head of Digital Growth and Brand Marketing Manager. You’ll also manage and mentor our Creative Marketing Intern, supporting their development and ensuring consistency across all visual output.

The Role

As Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of visual execution across all channels - from email design and social scheduling to ad creative and campaign visuals. You’ll collaborate with the wider team on brand storytelling and campaign rollout, while setting a high standard for creative quality and delivery.

You’ll manage the day-to-day creative calendar, lead asset production, and be hands-on with both design and content scheduling - with plenty of opportunity to shape the next chapter of our visual identity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development and execution across email, social, digital ads, and print
  • Manage and deliver the creative content calendar in line with campaign timelines
  • Design and schedule global retail and trade email campaigns
  • Oversee daily posting and visual delivery across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Design print and event assets for pop-ups, mailers, and partnerships
  • Lead creation and delivery of paid ad creative across Meta, Pinterest, and Google
  • Collaborate with videographers and interns to plan and deliver organic video content
  • Maintain visual asset libraries (Dropbox, Drive) and ensure strong internal systems
  • Track performance of creative output and iterate based on data-led insight
  • Manage and mentor the Creative Marketing Intern, supporting their development
  • Work closely with Ecommerce and Brand to ensure cohesive delivery across all touchpoints

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A designer and marketer in one - strong eye for detail and execution
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar creative marketing or content role
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and visual scheduling tools
  • Confident designing across email, social, and paid platforms
  • Comfortable with video content planning and editing (or managing edits)
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and proactive
  • A strong appreciation for the Addison Ross aesthetic and tone
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a growing team environment
