Since Spring 2020 customer service has deteriorated at a rapid speed. However, there are exceptions! Addison Ross is one of them. From explaining my requirement to a most helpful lady, (Cath) to receiving the item, was an unbelievable 24 hours. i rarely leave reviews, but this was exceptional. A lady that listened - an excellent product - impeccably packaged - delivery remarkable. Doing business is simple really you know - just make it a pleasing experience in every aspect. and you don't mind quite so much parting with the money!!

The photo frame is classic and beautiful. The velvet is beautifully soft and a lovely colour. It was delivered very quickly and communication from Addison Ross was very good. I uploaded a photo and it was so lovely to open the box and find the good quality picture already in the frame. It made it feel so personal and would be ideal if you were sending the frame as a gift. It is a very special frame for a picture of my late Mum - thank you.
