The photo frame is classic and beautiful. The velvet is beautifully soft and a lovely colour. It was delivered very quickly and communication from Addison Ross was very good. I uploaded a photo and it was so lovely to open the box and find the good quality picture already in the frame. It made it feel so personal and would be ideal if you were sending the frame as a gift. I am extremely pleased with the two bobbin mills I bought, they are beautiful. There was a small dent on one of the mills however this issue was dealt with extremely efficiently. I would absolutely recommend Addison Ross.

Absolutely love my pepper and salt mills and really appreciate the customer support that Addison Ross provided. This stemmed from the fact that I chose two colours but when they arrived they weren’t quite right for the colour for our kitchen/dining decour. Addison Ross were most helpful in recommending my nearest stockist to review the colours available and were more than willing to exchange the items even though there had been a delay in returning them post the Christmas holidays.
